Moving, buying and selling homes are not new to Ann Dalida who, as an Air Force wife, has lived in 3 different states and 3 different countries. She understood all the important aspects of the moving decisions from finding the right schools to finding the right agent you can trust. While working as a staff member in the Long and Foster Severna Park office, Ann Dalida, was always drawn to the real estate agent side of the industry. Prior to raising her children, Ann’s love and career was in the HR Information Systems. Implementing systems to help people make their jobs more efficient and easier was her passion. So when Dee Dee Miller joined the Severna Park office, Ann not only admired her high level of professionalism, she was also immediately drawn to Dee Dee’s desire to utilize technology to grow her business. Ginger has been a licensed real estate agent since 1996. The first 3 years were spent at Re/Max Tradition in Edgewater, followed by 7 enjoyable years at Long & Foster’s uptown Annapolis branch. For the past one and a half years, she has been serving on Dee Dee Miller’s team at the Severna Park office of Long & Foster. She holds the GRI designation and received Long & Foster’s Service Award in 1998 while working at Long & Foster’s Annapolis branch. She considers herself fortunate to be currently affiliated with such a respected and admired brokerage as Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. She also values her association with the accomplished and knowledgeable talents, ambitions and abilities of Dee Dee Miller, an inspiring over-achiever wise beyond her years. Ginger’s background also includes being the mother of a daughter and son while gleefully playing grandmother to five. While maintaining motherhood and household administration, she worked for seven years at her church as financial secretary and “full-time” volunteer. Eager to obtain further education, beyond one year at the University of Maryland, she went to Anne Arundel Community College at night for 5 years and finally attained an Associate’s Degree. Her academic background prior to this included extensive English and literature courses as well as five years studying the French language, history and culture.
